Overview

This online store is operated as TOKYO CRAVE. These Terms govern your use of tokyocrave.com and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription Policy.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may use the store only for lawful personal or household purchases. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape it without permission, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or infringe another party's rights.

Products and availability

Snack assortments change by month, season, availability, and shipping restrictions. Product images, category examples, and theme descriptions are illustrative of the expected assortment and do not guarantee every pictured or described item. We may limit quantities, substitute an item with a reasonably similar item, or cancel an unavailable item.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, carrier fees, and shipping charges are disclosed where Shopify makes them available. Charges imposed by a destination country or carrier remain the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states that they are prepaid. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory, payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing error, shipping restriction, or an incomplete address. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after packing or fulfillment begins.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are packed and shipped from Japan. Processing and carrier transit estimates are shown on the product page, Shipping Policy, or checkout and are not guarantees. Customs, carrier conditions, weather, or local delivery issues can cause delays. Please review the Shipping Policy before ordering.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until canceled. Subscription purchases are also governed by our Subscription Policy. Cancel or pause before the next billing date through the customer account or by contacting us. An order already processed is handled under our Refund Policy.

Food information

Ingredients and allergen information can vary by monthly assortment and may be printed primarily in Japanese. Products may be manufactured in facilities that process common allergens. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering and should not consume an item unless its label is understood and suitable for them.

Intellectual property

The TOKYO CRAVE name, site design, original text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to the store and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and Shopify

The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and other service providers may process information or provide tools needed to operate checkout, payments, shipping, customer accounts, and communications. Purchases from this store are transactions with TOKYO CRAVE, not Shopify.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, TOKYO CRAVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the store operator is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence.
