Shipping destinations

TOKYO CRAVE is launching for customers in the United States. Availability for other destinations may be limited or shown with separate rates at checkout.

Order timing

Boxes are prepared in Japan after the monthly order cutoff shown on the product page. After dispatch, the current estimated transit time to the United States is 10-15 business days. Processing time before dispatch is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost and tracking

Tracked U.S. shipping is included in the displayed launch price when checkout shows Free tracked shipping. Tracking details are sent after the carrier accepts the parcel.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders ship internationally from Japan. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states that they are prepaid. Customs processing can extend delivery time.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us through the contact page immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after packing or fulfillment begins. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Delays, loss, and damage

Carrier capacity, customs, weather, local delivery conditions, and seasonal volume can cause delays. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the box arrives damaged, contact us through the contact page with your order number and photos. Claims are reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Food and heat notice

Boxes contain packaged snacks. Heat-sensitive items can soften or melt in transit, especially during warm weather. Order only if you accept this seasonal risk. Exact box contents may change because of availability or shipping restrictions.
