Subscription terms

Automatic renewal

The Monthly Japanese Snack Box is an automatically renewing subscription. By subscribing, you authorize TOKYO CRAVE to charge the payment method provided at checkout every month at the recurring price shown at checkout, plus any taxes, duties, or shipping charges disclosed there, until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment.

Renewal timing

The next billing date and recurring amount are shown at checkout and in your customer account. A new monthly box enters processing after a successful renewal payment.

Cancel, pause, or skip

You may cancel, pause, or skip a future renewal through your customer account when that option is available, or by contacting us at https://tokyocrave.com/pages/contact. Submit the request before the next billing date. A request received after a renewal has been charged applies to the following renewal unless we confirm otherwise.

Already processed orders

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or entered processing. Processed orders are handled under the Refund Policy.

Payment failures

If a renewal payment fails, Shopify or our payment provider may retry the payment or ask you to update your payment method. We may pause or cancel a subscription after repeated payment failures.

Price or plan changes

If the recurring price, frequency, or material subscription terms change, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the change applies.
